High Fives, Noodle Monsters, and tons of Smiles is how we do it at Scoops
Kevβs face says it all, fun. fun. fun. Thatβs our goal at Scoops. We create a positive learning environment so the kids first come to love lacrosse and then we ask them to learn it. Simple but winning equation that equals happy, healthy kids helping grow the game.
Scoops Lacrosse powered by Laird Superfood. The theory is simple. If you can teach a young kid to scoop a ground ball, then you can also teach them how to show gratitude, how to compete hard but always respect your opponent and arguably most important, the importance of keeping active and choosing healthy foods and drinks. Partnering with Laird Superfoods to bring our scoopers a tasty, healthy alternative to sugary drinks was an absolute no brainer. Neither Scoops or Laird Superfoods are pushing products, weβre pushing the experience. And both in cases, the experiences is happiness! We (Scoops Lacrosse) could not be any prouder to join Lairdβs insanely awesome, purposeful squad. Later Sugar. Hello ENERGY.
Love. Learn. Lax.
As a parent of three young boys, I wholeheartedly know that if you can get kids to love something then you can ask them to learn. However, asking them to learn something before the enjoy doing it, well we've all been there and ain't no fun.
Kids learn when they play. At Scoops, we choose to play because in play kids learn how to learn. The recipe for engagement is simple. Relate, challenge, and over index on fun and praise.
One question I receive all the time is what stick should I get my kid who is starting the sport...the answer never changes, The Warrior Mini Warp. Note, this is not an ad. This is 100% a product endorsement for a company that shares Scoops commitment in making the game more enjoyable and fun for the next generation of laxers.
